Great food and great quality. Everything tastes fresh and well-seasoned, and the portions are very generous for the price. The chicken is always tender and flavorful, and you can tell they put care into how the food is prepared. Consistently good every time I come here—definitely one of the best spots around for quality Mexican food and great customer service.

The original chicken is deliciously seasoned and slow cooked to juicy flavorful perfection. And, the beans and rice are the best. The rice is fluffy. The charro beans are a perfect combo with rice; add the chicken drippings. The tortillas are fresh made. The drive thru worker was very friendly. We'll definitely be back often.

First time visiting this location and it didn't disappoint. I like my chicken well done, and they were so nice to give it exactly how I requested. It came out perfectly cooked and full of flavor very delicious! A special thank you to Nelly, for being so kind and making sure everything was just right. She really made the experience even better. I recently visited Pollo el Regio on 4228 W Camp Wisdom Rd in Dallas, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! The standout for me was definitely the tostada—crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor. Every bite was a perfect combination of savory toppings and a crunchy base. It’s one of the best tostadas I’ve had in a while! Also, I have to shout out Nelly—the person who helped me during my visit. She was super friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. Her service was top-notch and really added to the overall positive experience. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by Pollo el Regio.
